Expansion Joint Sealer

Joint Doctor is a specialised sealant for repairing expansion joints on concrete floors. It is a two pack epoxy resin based material that mixes into a pourable sealant that repairs the area whilst still accommodating movement up to 10% of the joint width to allow for expansion and contraction of the concrete.

A 2 litre pack of Joint Doctor will cover approximately 20 linear metres with a 10mm x 10mm joint.

Suitable For Vehicular Access Areas

This concrete repair kit can be used to repair joints in most concrete floors. It is particularly useful in areas where vehicular traffic regularly runs across the joint, leading to degradation in the surrounding concrete and erosion of joint edges. It can also be used for pedestrian walkways and on warehouse and factory floors where forklift trucks are regularly used, as well as for filling saw cut joints in long strip floor construction.

Simple to Apply

To use mix the two pack epoxy resin until it forms a uniform consistency. You can then pour it directly into the prepared joints or applied using an empty sealant gun for narrow joints. Check after a few minutes once the sealant has settled into all the nooks and crannies to see if it needs topping up. You’ll be able to open access to the treated area after 24 hours (at 20C) and the sealant will have achieved full chemical resistance after 7 days.
