Delivery & Returns

Delivery

You will be responsible for paying your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.

If you are sending back an item with a value of over £100, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days, therefore if those 30 days have gone by since your purchase and you have failed to contact us in reference to a return, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will only accept returns where the product is classed as faulty or not built for purpose, and do not accept returns for unwanted products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging; the product must be unopened, unused and not mixed in order for us to return it.

To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase from you.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable),for example if an item not in its original condition, arrived damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Partial refunds may also be rewarded to items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, of course this depends on the individual situation.

In terms of exchanges, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@rmsuppliers.com to arrange this process.

Sale Items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted for it to be processed back into your account.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, which often depends on the bank you are with, and they will inform you of their usual processing times.
