Floor Paint Ideal for Floors that Move
Flexiflor is a resin coating ideal for use on interior and exterior floors with some element of movement such as tiled floors and raised mezzanine floors. The extremely hard-wearing yet flexible nature of the resin coating prevents the paint from cracking caused by even the smallest of movements. The low temperature flexibility and excellent adhesion to concrete makes Flexiflor the architect’s choice.
Easy to Use and Environmentally Friendly
The epoxy floor paint for concrete is low odour and solvent free and is even delivered in recyclable packaging. It is also very easy to use. Supplied in two packs, you simply have to mix together the two agents then apply to your floor with a brush or roller. The finished painted surface is also extremely easy to clean making it extremely hygienic.
Priming & Finishing
A primer coat of Florprime Floor Sealer is recommended on very porous concrete substrates. This primer is also suitable for use with board and wood. A primer coat of Steelcoat Primer is recommended on steel substrates. Combine with Flexigrip Anti Slip Floor Paint to ensure a non-slip surface.
Floor Paint Colours
Flexiflor is available in 12 different colours including grey, black, white, red and green. You can choose to purchase the paint in 2.5kg or 5kg packs, depending on the size of your project. A 5kg pack of Flexiflor will cover up to 20m2 per coat.
Tough, Hardwearing and Chemical Resistant
This epoxy resin floor paint has a rubber-like finish which is softer in comparison to other floor paints such as Tufflor, whilst also retaining extremely hard-wearing properties which is abrasion and impact resistant. The softer finish makes it ideal for use in wet rooms, swimming pool areas and animal kennels as it is kinder to bare feet and animal paws.
The paint also features a level of chemical resistance meaning it is suitable for use in environments where chemicals are used. In particular, it offers excellent resistance to dilute acids, alkalis, oil, petrol, diesel and vegetable oils. The chemical resistance makes it perfect for use in kennels or doggy day care centres as it protects well against animal urine and faeces.
