Mixing your resin materials on site needn’t be a hassle with our extensive range of resin mixers. Our pan resin mixers blend resin and gravel materials evenly to ensure a consistent mixture. This therefore avoids dry spots or pooling of the resin within the drum.
We do not advise cement mixers for resin bound surfacing. This is because any aggregate laid which isn’t evenly coated in resin won’t glue correctly. This can therefore cause the surface to fail.

When making your purchase of a SoRoTo mixer, it will ship with steel blades as standard. These steel blades are the most common option in the UK and are durable and solid, designed for hard and intensive use. When mixing materials containing aggregates 8mm and larger, rubber paddles should be used to prevent damage to the gearbox, motor and aggregate will not become stuck between the blades and the pan. By using rubber blades, they will offer an amount of flexibility, meaning the load on the gearbox is reduced. We recommend that you consider this when placing your order and purchase a rubber set of blades/arms if you are likely to work with larger material.

Pan mixer for larger construction projects
Along with its specially selected 2.2kW motor and whilst still delivering 30rpm the mixer performs fantastically well in almost any circumstances when using the correct 3-phase 400v generator (400v machine) or 5kVa 110v transformer (110v machine). Unlike with other large mixers, this machine can be easily transported and used on slanted and hard to reach areas due to its adjustable legs. And with a service life of up to 20 years, being able to take the mixer with you on uneven surfaces will save you a lot of time.
The 200L is also suitable for multiple jobs including but not limited to, Resin Bound Gravel, Concrete Liquid, Liquid Screed and Wet Pour Rubber. The versatile mixer will create great results from its first mix to its last.
